How to create the perfect ORLY mani in 9 stepsBy admin | Comments: 0 | September 27, 2016
Ever dreamed of creating a perfect mani or pedi without leaving the house? Now you can with our step by step guide…
1. Erase the past
Eliminate signs of previous nail polish with remover. For a formula which won’t leave nails feeling dried out, we recommend using our ORLY Non-Acetone Nail Lacquer Remover.
2. Shape up
File and shape nails into your desired shape with an ORLY nail file. Square, round, squoval – even stiletto is your oyster when you’ve got your hands on a file.
3. Buff up and smooth
Buff the top and sides of nails with an ORLY Buffer to gently polish the nail bed, leaving it flawlessly smooth.
4. Clean up your cuticles
Gently remove dead issue from your nail plate with ORLY Cutique. Simply paint Cutique onto the cuticle area to make it soft and pliable, then push back cuticles.
5. Apply basecoat
To ensure longer lasting wear we suggest applying a layer of basecoat to every nail. Our go-to for ultimate grip is ORLY Bonder.
6. Apply nail colour
After you’ve made the agonizing decision of choosing your nail colour – get applying. First apply one coat of nail polish to every nail. Wait for that layer to dry before applying a second coat. Depending on the colour or coverage you would like, may need to apply a third coat.
Your colour polish is try, let’s help prolong the life of your nail colour. Apply a topcoat. For a super-slick, high-shine finish, we recommend ORLY Glosser.
Complete your mani by applying ORLY Argan Oil Cuticle Drops to your nails and cuticles. Not only will these drops keep your fingertips feeling soft – they’ll also smell amazing!
9. Viola – perfectly nailed painted fingers and toes!
