How Often Will I Get Billed?
You’ll be charged 4 times a year, once for every parcel you receive as long as you decide to keep your subscription rolling. No commitment.
When Will I Receive My Colour Pass?
Your subscription box will be shipped from our warehouse via Standard Delivery on:

What is the standard delivery cost?
The standard delivery charge for mainland UK is £2.95.
How long does standard delivery take?
Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch all standard orders within 3-5 working days.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
Orders of the value of £25 or above qualify for free delivery in the UK.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, we offer next day delivery on orders placed before 11.00AM (GMT).
Next day delivery is £5.99. This service is not available over bank holidays and during the Black Friday weekend.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and outside of the UK.
Do you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address from your billing address.
How do I return goods to you?
Please contact us within 7 working days from when you have received the order to notify us that you would like to request for a return.

Goods return must be unopened and in a resalable condition.
Unless the Products or Services are faulty, or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products or Services to us.
How long does a return take?
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day from which you gave us notice of cancellation of your order.
I have received an incorrect or faulty item in my order
On the rare occasion you receive a damaged or faulty Product or Service, please contact us for advice before returning at email@example.com. Please ensure that you include your order number in the email.
All damaged or faulty Products or Services should be returned within 14 days from purchase and accompanied with proof of purchase. Damaged or faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded.
An item is missing from my order
Claims arising from goods shortages must be brought to the attention of ORLY Beauty UK within 3 days of goods receipt. Claims made outside of this period will not be accepted.
